This is a English talking hike activity. Please read the information blow carefully.This activity is for those who can speak English and like hiking,want to relex themselves on weekends,if you are the one ,welcome to join,let's go back to nature.
Basic rules:
English only :which means during the hike we only speak English,if you want to join, make sure you can talk with others in English.

Where do we meet?
meeting point : 灰峪村 bus station
meeting time:April 5th at 10:00am .
Time table（only as a reference）

get to the terminal point -大觉寺 station，dismiss our team
AA rules :which means it is a free activity ,if there is any cost,we share the cost in AA.
【装备要求】
Gear you need:
hiking or sports shoes/outdoor clothes/backpack/lights/hat or umbrella/cushion/radio(if you got one)/trekking poles
Food you need:
Some snacks and fruits,water as you need (at least 1.5L),delicious food would be appreciated.

因疫情原因，请确保健康码为绿色，行程码正常方可参加活动。
Due to the epidemic situation,make sure your health code is green，and itinerary code is regular.
若需要购买保险，户外保险自行购买.
Buy outdoor insurance by yourself if you need.
这是个休闲活动，因为我们要更多的英语聊天，想户外探险或走虐线请绕行，孕妇及未成年人禁止参加活动。
It is not a hard outdoor activity ,because we wanna chat more ,if you wanna take risk or hard one ,this activity is not for you .Pregnant woman and minor(under 18 years old) are not allowed to join.
活动前一天晚八点前联系我，超过八点报名无效。
Contract me before 8pm on the day before the activity ,after 8pm any apply would not be approved.
禁止空降，如带外挂请外挂自己报名或按照报名流程代报。
Join us without registration is forbidden ,if you want to take any friends together,tell him or her to sigh up or you can do it for her as above.
请安排好时间按时到达集合地点，迟到十五分钟视为放弃此次活动。
Please get to the meeting point in time，those who are late for more than 15min will be deemed to have given up the event.

This activity is a non-profit self-help outdoor activitiy with own risk and responsibility conceited.
2. 活动期间禁止独立离队。
leaving the team alone during the activity is forbidden.
Participants must know there is certain risk and unpredictability in outdoor sports, must take all security responsibilities except the personal injury caused by others intentionally,sponsors and participants will not responsible for the dangerous consequences resulting from outdoor sports itself or return journey.

5. 有不适合户外疾病的请勿报名，对于隐瞒自身身体及其它真实情况者，责任一律自负。
Anyone who have disease not suitable for outdoor are forbidden to sigh up. Anyone who conceal their real situation must take all of the responsibility by themselves .
